Setting up resellers option

Hi,

I want to offer a selected bunch of users an extra percentage discount as a reseller.

So I made a new group called 'resellers'. Under 'cart rules' I made a new rule for the group resellers which gives them 20% discount on all itmes from a certain supplier. 

Now when I add some items to my shopping cart and log in, the discount is calculated correctly. But when I log in the categories don't show up any more. 

When I use 'live edit' I see the category module is loaded, but it doesn't show. As soon as I log out or log in with a user which is not a member of the reseller group the categories are back again.

Is this is a bug or am I doing something wrong?

 

version 1.6.0.13 standard template.

Do you have the categories selected to be visible to that group?

Nope,

That was the problem. Strange that the categories are disabled by default when you make a new group.
