outlet.ee Posted June 27, 2015 Share Posted June 27, 2015 All of a sudden I the messages customers sent from contact-form ceased to be delivered to my email on PS152. I have a multishop and only the shop 1 messages stopped, shop 2 emails still come to my email. They are both seen in BO. Now I upgraded to PS16014 and it is still the same. I have no idea even where to look first. It would be more convenient to see the customer messages right away, not until you log in to BO. Any ideas? Dh42 Posted June 28, 2015 Share Posted June 28, 2015 If you are using a cpanel server you can contact your host and they can see the outgoing mail log. That would be the first place I would look.
