Two confirmation emails being sent to customer

Hi there,

 

For some odd reason my customers are receiving two confirmation emails when creating an order. One is as it should be, having been set up in the email translations, but the other is missing most of the information and I need to stop it from being sent. Has anyone come across this before? I've done a search but can't find anyone having experienced the same problem.
