Cart is always empty

I'm having a big problem in my production site, URL:  http://www.20dedos.com/bas/

 

The Prestashop version is: 1.6.8

Hi Everyone!

 

The problem that I'm having only work in a PROD server (Is a shared server). In my LOCAL server work very fine!

 

When I click for add a some product not add to checkout. Is always empty. I have AJAX Cart activated and his response is: 

{"products":[],"discounts":[],"shippingCost":"$0","shippingCostFloat":0,"wrappingCost":"$0","nbTotalProducts":0,"total":"$0","productTotal":"$0","freeShipping":"$0","freeShippingFloat":0,"hasError":false,"crossSelling":""}

 

IF I desactive the AJAX Cart goes to the checkout and say "Your cart is empty"

 

I have changed the url and ssl url with "www" and without "www"

I have cleaned my cookies of my browsers

I have cleaned cache/cookies from prestashop admin

 

I have debugued the prestashop and in PROD the  Context::getContext()->cookie->id_guest  is always 0

 

and in my LOCAL server always has a ID
