folkifoon
I found a problem when importing my product csv file.I need all my product to have to setting "allow orders" when out of stock. See screenshot. After importing all products are on "deny-orders".I cannot this manually because i have around 1000 products. Is this a bug?I could not find a value to add to my csv to change it.But i think i should be on the default value, that's why its called default isn't it?Of course in the general product settings "Allow ordering of out-of-stock products" is also set to yes. irrelevant
You could set the default to Allow Orders? The CSV, at least for recent versions, has a column "Action when out of stock" - that might be the one you need. In any case, I have encountered similar issues when importing. In my case, it seemed to be related to multi-store; if I did the import with products set to shop 2 in the CSV, with a context of anything but shop 2, then it seemed to lose some field values, not always, but often enough to be very annoying. To re-set the out of stock field, I used this snippets of sql - update ps_stock_available sa inner join ps_product p on p.id_product = sa.id_product set sa.out_of_stock = 1 where p.id_shop_default = 2; But I use ASM so not sure if it is the same record if you are not doing so. folkifoon
I can only set the default setting manually. This is not an option for 1000 products.I can't find the "action when out of stock value". See screenshot:I tried "depends on stock" but this has to do with the advanced store modus. I use the default modus.I'm not known with sql snippets. Is this hard to do? What means ASM?thanks!

The option is three above the one you highlighted :-D ASM is Advanced Stock Management - I don't think you are using it, based on the original screenshot. The SQL you would have to paste directly into mysqlcc, phpmysqladmin, or whatever your hosting provider offers you. folkifoon
yes that works like a charm!I stared also https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/448755-how-do-i-import-customization-fields-through-csv/Its about importing customization fields through csv. Seems noone knows the answer. Maybe you know how i can do this. The name of the column is Text fields (0 = No, 1 = Yes)But it's strange you can put only 0 or 1 (yes / no) because in the backend you can give names to these fields:
