adapt paymodule "bankwire"

Hi

We should have the already existing payment module "bankwire" again. But secondly with the name "cash transfer". We decide to offer our customer one more payment option. At the end of the payment process, we would offer a mail address and display a note.

 

After accepting, the order should go to pending status.

 

I've tried already to modify the standard-payment module "bankwire". And i can also choose this as a payment module and see it in the cart. But my module does not use the template css and if you choose this payment option, the next step continue to a blank page.

 

Could anybody offer us support?
