insert products ordered in the automatic email

Hello. 

Sorry for my English.

I try to explain my problem. 

I copied the email template "email/it/order_conf.html" and save like "trasporto inviato".

Now in the "backoffice -> order status" i can see my template.

 

When i change order status end selected my template "trasporto inviato" (attach file PRESTASHOPMAILORDER.jpg) the mail (my copy of order_conf.html) has been sent to customer.

 

Here is my problem. 

The mail not display all the variables correctly. (Attach file EMAILRESULT.jpg)

 

I'm try to understand where php function set the variables that send with my custom email template because i want to insert the list of order products in the mail that admin send from backoffice.
