Registration form requires Info that is not avail on form.

I cannot process any orders because customers are unable to fill out the registration form with what it says is required.

State is required, but there are no states on the dropdown menu, despite the fact they are listed and assaociated with the US in the backoffice.

It also gives an error saying The Zip/Postal code you've entered is invalid. but there is nowhere to enter a zip code on the form. 

 

Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

I am on version 1.6.1 of PS with theme939

Setting all caches to NO

in CCC Smart cache for Java to NO

Clearing the cache

 

and still noting! 

 

I have been at this for 3 days now, very frustrating, when I call Prestashop they tell me I have to purchase a Support plan of a minimum of 400$

 

No New customers can sign up on my site.

 

I can not believe, there is no one here that can offer me a solution that works and will not cost 400$.
