Image Regeneration

I'm trying to regenerate thumbnails but it keeps timing out and then I try again with Erase Images set to No. But is there a way I can get some kind of progress report on which images have been regenerated and which ones haven;t I kind of get the feeling I am going around in circles.

 

I don't mind writing a SQL query if someone know if the is a field that tells you if/when and image was regenerated.

I understand you completely. I recently had to regenerate the images for my 1000 products, and it took 20-30 clicks to get through, despite being on a powerful VPS with lots of RAM and CPU.

 

This is really a feature that could need some improvement.
