gopeppy Posted June 10, 2015 Share Posted June 10, 2015 (edited) Hi I am trying to integrate PitchPrint to my Prestashop site using PitchPrint plugin. Prestashop version: v1.6.0.14 But When I click "Customize Now" button, the screen with just the text "Please Wait" appear. When I checked in Firebug, I can see errors in Javascript TypeError: b(...).css(...) is undefined forceIframeTransport: !1, in the line pitchprint.min.js (line 948, col 106) I checked the js file with the one they are using in their demo, its the same. I don't know whats happening there. Do anyone know how to fix this? I have mailed PitchPrint also, but no reply from them.
