sapphal Posted June 7, 2015 Share Posted June 7, 2015 I have a new install of v1.6.014 and have installed the PayPal Europe - Official Module v3.8.4. When I installed it I got a warning saying that the module was not compatible with the shops country. The shop country is UK. Anyway I still went ahead and it installed ok. Everything works fine until the Pay with Paypal final page of the checkout. It just goes to the 404 page. It does not open /express_checkout/payment .php I have read through the forums and Checked the permissions - 755 0n folders and 644 on files entered the paypal password both manually and copied and pasted. cleared cookies tried on another computer ensured site is not in maintenance mode I have another site running ps1.5.4 with the same paypal module installed but v3.8.1 i have tried the v3.8.1 version as well but still the same 404. site is www.cctv-hd-systems.co.uk Any help would be really appreciated. lee Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
sapphal Posted June 9, 2015 Author Share Posted June 9, 2015 I've looked in the server error log and this is what is displayed '[Tue Jun 09 08:53:22 2015] [error] [client 86.2.129.58] SoftException in Application.cpp:603: Directory "/home/wwwcctvhdsystems/public_html/modules" is writeable by group, referer: http://www.cctv-hd-systems.co.uk/order' This has to be to do with permission but changing the permissions on payment.php seems to make no difference.
