You can get there by clicking Customers -> Customer Service or by clicking the messages icon as shown in attached file. What I would like is to never receive messages through this Customer Service. Instead all messages should be emailed to my email address. Is this possible? Sometimes there is a message coming in the Customer Service but not to my email address.
