[Question] How to redirect the link to other page

Hi i wanted to create a tab on the top horizontal with the name "review" and when user click on the review it will redirect the user to my blog. 

May i know how to do it ? I know i can add the page by using CMS but how to rewrite the link so when user click on the tab it will redirect them to the blog.

Got to the module "blocktopmenu" and open the configuration. At the lower block you can add static links. add there Blog for button name, than the static link to your blog and save. After you saved. the new Tab will be available on the upper blocks. Go to the right block, at the end of that right block you will find your added tabs. Choose the tab by clicking on it and click on "add". This tab will now be added to the left block. Save it and this will show the new tab on your Top horinzontal menu.

I manage to to add the new tab on the upper block but i couldn't find the added tabs to enter the static link . 

Do you have a screenshot to show me that ?
