brohemath
I am having trouble getting my shop logo to appear. Some history, I loaded the standard version of bootstrap theme using Softalicous installer. (in Cpanel) I made no changes to preferences so this is out of the box settings. I then tried to upload a header Logo as I have done with other Petra shop installations on the same server. However, nothing is showing up. I checked the logo size, I've used the recommended size 52px X 65px, I have used the recommneded format (.jpg) and still not showing up in the backend or on the webpage. I even tried borrowing another bootstrap theme file from another directory that does display a header in case the default bootstrap theme file Softalicious used was corrpupted and that did nothing. Next I am going to look into me leech permission settings on the server, although that is unlikely because another website on the same server is able to display images fine. Secondly I have read a lot of threads about this, so I did try some of the previous fixes, I tried going into the directory and changing my logo name to logo.jpg which did not work. Also notable I can look inside the image folder and see the logo files I have uploaded there. I am wondering if there is conflict because I have two different Presta shop installs on the same server for two different domains? brohemath
I think it might be a server issue and not Presta related, sorry to bother, but I did some further investigation and notices if I tried to click on the image location I get this response: Forrbiden: you do not have permission to access file (logo.jpg) on this server. So I have started a support ticket at the host.
