Hyperlinks within e-mails to customers not working

PS 1.6.014

Within  all e-mails sent to the customer the Hyperlinks do not work. The product hyperlink do work but the url to go to the account=-overview and the footer link to the webshop do nothing

 

I've uploaded (f.a. contact_form.html) the original e-mail templates to the appropriate directory emails/NL
When you look at the received mail the footer urls states just {shop_url}  and not the actual url to the webshop  When you point at the url  you see the text {shop_url}


It seems that the correct variable from the database is not read.

This problem occurs in every e-mail sent to the customer (  with the order confirmation the url to the product works but all other not)

I only have installed and activated the Dutch NL language
 

Someone know that could be the problem ?

 

Also the logo on all of the e-mails does not appear

 

 

Attached some pictures of weird setting within the setup
Tried to correct them but changes seems not to be affected

Problem seems to be "solved"  in 1.6.1

I'll have a look 2night what I did by hardcoding the e-mail templates
