Domain transfer

Hi, I'm moving to a self-hosted prestashop ecommerce and I would like to transfer my domain to my new hosting provider/registrar.

 

I bought the domain from prestashop but I have no access to somewhat like a panel to manage the domain, set it up and get the auth code etc to transfer.

I already tried to gather the required pieces of information via tickets and email but I got no answers.

Could you please help me?

Here it is the reference number #4509 of the ticket. I sent the id card to [email protected]. Do you want me to send it elsewhere?

Ok I understand why you didn't receive any answer. This address is an automatic one and is not checked by humans.

Your ticket has been answered, and you can find the answer in your prestashop.com account.
