cache notices in php

Anyone any idea why I keep getting these warnings?

I did clean out the cache. The server time is the same as the app time.....

They have not found a real solution for this. I'm running 1.6.0.14 and i have the same problem. I been watching these two links.

Also have problems with the manufacturer page with products not show count or link. Newest PS update seems to have more problems then it is worth even updating.
