Create new charge

I want to add a new charge apart from shipping and handling charge.

 

I want to show a fixed printing charge which should appear other than product charge, shipping and handling charge.

 

Like there should be some buttons to select "yes", "no" and depending upon selection, add a fixed printing charge irrespective of the quantity ordered and the same should reflect in invoice as a separate field.

Is it not possible to create charges as by default options. Surcharges should come from the module (payment or delivery module). Take a look into the Prestashop addons by using the search keyword, charge or surcharge.
