[SOLVED] Problem with invoice logo display

Hello,

 

I have added some new logo to my store and all is showing correct except the invoice logo is looking strange ( see the attached screenshot )

 

I have try png and jpg with white background but image still looking the same strange look.

I refresed site and cleared all cache but nothing seems to work.

 

Any idea to fix this issue ?

Did you look at the resolution and the width (number of pixels) ?

Resize it to at least 400pixels on the long size. 72dpi should be enough.

Your suggestion did not worked.

 

It is solved by adding a direct link to the image in the /pdf/header.tpl.

Good you solved it.

Strange it didn't work, we have a perfect logo without changing tpl.

Are you using a other theme than default bootstrap?

 

Can you change the title and add [solved] (go to full editor to change title)

I use not the default bootstrap template.

I also use a modded pdf but the default pdf also caused the same error. Maybe problem with none default template.

 

After my reply I already added solved in the thread. Probably you overlooked it I know how it works lol.
