satchie Posted April 20, 2015 Share Posted April 20, 2015 Version 1.6.0.14 In the cart, playing with plus and minus buttons, when you reach the free shipping amount programmed, it doesn´t show the text "Free Shipping" . It remains the last quantity shown for a non-free order, but it doesn´t add to the total. So, the total amount is correct, but aesthetically is awful cause the customer may think it is not "free shipping" if he doesn´t calculate the total amount. If you reload the page manually, everything is solutioned and the text "Free shipping" appears. If you go back and add a different product everything works fine because there has been a, lets say, a total refresh of the page. In few words when you use the plus and minus buttons, and reach a 0.00 cost of shipping (and only in that case), there is no refresh of the Shipping cost. Hope the explanation is clear. I´ve searched a lot about this issue in every forum (included leo forum) and I haven´t found anything about it. Maybe a simple automatic refresh of the cart (the complete page) each time a plus or minus key is pressed would be sufficient, but i don´t know how to do it. Thanks. satchie Posted April 21, 2015 Author Share Posted April 21, 2015 ok, Problem solved. I deleted the file /themes/mytheme/js/cart-summary.js and everything is working fine. No more problems. Now, the thing is.... What happens deleting that file ? Is there any "collateral" harm ? If not, why does it exist ? Thank you all for your help.
