How i can use blockcontactinfos modules into maintenance page?

Hello, I'm trying to find a way to add the blockcontactinfos into maintenance page. What i did is this 
<div class="footer-container">
<footer id="footer" class="container">
<div class="row">{include file="$tpl_dir/modules/blockcontactinfos/blockcontactinfos.tpl"}</div>
</footer>
</div><!-- #footer -->

 

but it shows only Store information, address etc are empty. how i can fix it? My working on 1.6.0.14. Thank you
