Saving Carriers

I firstly have a problem where I am getting the "no available carriers" upon checkout. Although Countries & Zones are set correctly.
I have been editing the price ranges in Shipping/Carriers but the updates are not saving the new amounts. I am updating and then clicking "finish" to save the changes

I have tried this on all three of my carriers and no updates are saving.

 

Any ideas anyone?

did you set the countries on the carriers?

did you select amount or weight?

if it is weight, did you add a weight to each product?

maybe you can add some screen prints to show the BO selections?

Hi,

 

I have attached some screen shots showing the product shipping settings and the carrier settings.
The settings entered to the UK Royal Mail carrier will just not save as entered as shown on the screenshot.

 

I am also still getting the no available carriers, but I cannot update the carrier settings because nothing saves.

If I understand correctly the setup shown in the screens are lost after saving.

I don't know if this is a live store already, but you can see if under performance you have force compile and clear cache set on yes.

The reset a module, or disable, delete and install again, so the cash is cleared and then try saving the settings.

Check this, with this tip i can resolve this problem!!

 

 I finally found my problem. I was using advanced stock management and I hadn't selected any carriers for my warehouses    .

 

Selected the carriers I wanted and problem is fixed.
