Postal Code optional for one country ?

Hi there,

 

We have put together this PRESTASHOP site:

Which is very happily running - PrestaShop™ 1.6.0.9

 

The only issue we have (and we are assuming it can't just be us) is that people from Ireland may not have postal codes for their addresses and are therefor unable to proceed with account registration. Is there any way to make the postal code field optional on a country by country basis ? Clearly we need the postal code for all other countries where it is relevant so cannot make it optionl for all countries.
