It works well, but its name does not display in the blockmyaccount and blockmyaccountfooter. There is nothing between "Vouchers" and "Log out" menu items. The user can only reach it if clicks on the title of the Account menu. The displayed menu contains the Loyalty menu item. I tried to reset the module but it does not help.
