IMIvo Posted April 13, 2015 Share Posted April 13, 2015 HI, am experiencing intermittent performance issues with my shop built with PrestaShop 1.6.0.13 using modified default theme. Sometimes both home page and category pages load quickly but very often it would take 2-3 minutes to load. I went through all of the usual suspects e.g. cache config, ccc stuff, etc. I have suspicion it could be down to shared hosting environment somehow but not 100% sure. Naldinho Posted April 14, 2015 Share Posted April 14, 2015 I had a lot of speed issues when I was with GoDaddy shared hosting. Shop would work fine most of the time but it would start to get slower around 10am and was unusable by afternoon. In the evening it would work fine again. If the site is fast sometimes and slow others without you changing anything then I'd say it is likely a hosting issue. Have you tried looking at why the site is slow using one of the speed tests?
