Tiny MCE editor now showing in version 1.6 please help!

With the 1.6 version of prestashop it doesn't show the tinyMCE editor! Does anyone know how I can get it working?

Can you turn on debug mode and try to load the page again?

You will get some info about error.

I turned on the debug mode but it didn't show any errors on the page...
In nothing it shows the tinyMCE function, is there a way how i can enable it?

It looks like JQuery or TinyMCE editor aren't installed on your Prestashop System properly. 

Make sure that all the files in the js directory in the root of Prestashop uploaded correctly. Cross check with Prestashop latest version. If still not appearing then reupload js folder.

Make sure that security settings in your browser aren't preventing TinyMCE from loading.

I just downloaded the latest version on prestashop and replaced the js folder with the one op my ftp but still not showing the tinymce. Also everything in the browser is ok.
I was looking in the theme file.min.js file and is shows this:

Do I need to change the visibility maybe?
