I'm looking module to create virtual products with IPTC photo data

Hello,

 

See if you know any module that meets my needs.

 

I intend to sell digital photos (they will be virtual products in prestashop). To do this I'll upload to a folder on my server the photos I want to sell. What I need is a module that take the photo and create a product with this picture. The name, description, reference, etc. I would have to take the IPTC data of the photo.

 

Whereupon I would have to do is upload the photo to prestashop and create a virtual product with IPTC data of the photo.

 

See if you know any module that can do this.

Just re-checking what you're asking:

 

- 1) take the photo, (I assume you mean import/upload the photo or so, as I'm pretty sure nobody is interested in "Photo's taken by a PrestaShop module" ;-)  ). Should it take it directly from the camera, or do you separately download the images to your computer?

- 2) How would the module decide/know what name it has to give to the product? And the description,  reference, price, where to put it in the category tree if any, etc. etc.? I can't imagine all this info would come from iptc/exif?? (Together with point 1, this would be the "module of all dreams", if it even could write articles/ full product descriptions/info :-))  )

I have no experience with photography whatsoever, so furthermore no contents knowledge, but maybe that module comes close to what you try. Give it a look.
