LauraPresta Posted April 7, 2015 Share Posted April 7, 2015 Im suprised i didnt found this anwer in our big loved prestashop forum The file sent by the customers through the customer service mail are saved with a bad permission so when we click "attachment" we got a "403 You don't have permission to access /upload/5..." Even if we changed the whole uploded folder permission, each new file is still saved with bad permission.. Any idea on how to fix this ? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
