Wrong category behavior

I've just install prestashop on 1.6.0.8 but category block have a strange behavior

 

It's positionated in the left coloum in my homepage (www.beer-shop.it)
At the first access all subcategory are grouped but, if I'll a change page and I'll turn back to the homepage the subcategory are all opened with an huge tree.

etc...

If i access to other page there is no prolem. Only home page.

 

I Try disable/enable force compile, disable ajax script, disable other module

 

The only method for work is: Disable Cache and Force compile.

 

Now I have disable the Cache and all works fine

 

But I don't like to stay online with disabled cache.

 

Do you have any suggestion?
