eraser80 Posted April 2, 2015 Share Posted April 2, 2015 Hello to everyone, I hope someone could help me to unsterstand why guest orders are not tracked from the native Prestashop module for referrers "Tracking Front Office". I made a test order registering on the website. And the module tracked the order. Then I created an order using guest checkout but guest is not tracked and also in the referrers statistics the order is not recordered... Why so?? It's a problem if guest customers sent from the referrer website to my website are not tracked I need to solve this problem as soon as possible. Someone could help me? Thank you!!! wakabayashi Posted April 7, 2015 Share Posted April 7, 2015 I just tried to us referral solution. For me no orders and registrations are tracked! I can see Visits but when they order, it doesnt show up... Does anybody us Referral/Affiliate System without having any issues? Which module do you use?
