Help me plsss , i'm a novice and got a problems!

Hello everyone , I've just tried to use Prestashop first time and got some problems...

1.Contact form... When i wrote a message and press send , It displayed "Your message has been successfully sent to our team" But i didn't got an e-mail... T^T How can i solve this?

2.About Member , When i tried to register for a new member , That new member showed on back office but when i tried to log in at my site... write an e-mail address , password then press Log in...Nothing happened , I still can't Log in and can't make an order too.Moreover , when i completed registration... Why it didn't show that registration has completed on the screen?

3.About Theme , How can i make my own theme or edit and decorate any theme that i downloaded freely?


I use Prestashop 1.2.5 that downloaded from this site and use Internet Explorer for web browser.

check in BO->employees ->contacts
what emails are recorded.

test your email system :
add a testmail.php in your root with this code:

mail("[email protected]","test email","test email");
?> 

of course change destination...
call from explorer this file htttp://mysite.com/testmail.php

you should get an email.

if not the case contact your hoster.
