Dolke
Hi guys, Just recently we notice strange behavior on the products that doesn't have images. In those cases "no imagе" should be displayed. This was working just fine until recently. Here is what we have now:http://prntscr.com/6lj1tvyou will noticed that image seems to be broken and that Chrome console shows 404, image cant be found.I tried from different browser and even from another machine and its the same so this might be Prestashop related.Still, I checked, image is present on the server.http://prntscr.com/6lj248What is even more strange is that sometimes this images shows but only once in every couple of times I refresh the page.I got suggestion that problem might be the smarty engine cash and that I can try fixing the images issue by deleting the cash.Once I went to this menu item in the Back Office I couldn't navigate to that page.Only this menu item wont load and gives me 404 page on the front end when I click on it.This is the item:http://prntscr.com/6lizqa Anyone has any ideas?ThanksDean

Dolke
Hi, Thank you for replaying. When I disabled friendly URLs and saved the changes page loaded for some time and I got 404 error. Same situation like trying to enter that menu item. I noticed that after I got back to BO friendly URLs were disabled. I enabled then again and hit save button. 404 happened again.Once I refreshed the page it was back to enabled. After this I tried to enter that menu item and I got 404. Noting is fixed unfortunately. shacker
ok , so you cant disable friendly url from back office and get it working?
Dolke
When I disable it and hit save I 404 error. When I hit back button on the browser I see that friendly URL is disabled. So answer to your question is that I can disable it but 404 happen in the middle of the save process. ReactionCode
Did you try to upload a picture to the product, save, and then delete the picture and save again? maybe is a not cleaned ddbb. If this bug are on all missing pictures, please try to clear the .htaccess, all cache, and clear the class_index.php from cache folder.
