IeM Posted March 25, 2015 Share Posted March 25, 2015 (edited) Hi, When a customer of the correct group adds a product that shows the correct Specific Price for their group, that price then changes back in the cart, though not on the product page, to the full retail price. When they go to check out they are billed the full retail price. In this example I have a group called "Wayne". The customer is a member of that group. Although when you are in their admin customer settings, check the "Wayne" group, set "Wayne" group as the default group and save the settings, when you re-enter the settings again, the default group is still set but the checkbox on that group is unchecked. The price is set as a pre-tax fixed price as in the image below. https://www.dropbox.com/s/wqp4tun7qnfdi94/specific-price-setting.png?dl=0 Now when the customer who is a member of the "Wayne" group comes to the site and logs in, they see products listed with the correct Specific Prices. All go so far. However, when they add a product to the cart, it is added to the cart as the full retail price. When they go to the checkout the price still remain full retail. IeM Posted March 29, 2015 Author Share Posted March 29, 2015 As there do not seem to be any ideas out there as to what may be causing this, should I conclude that this is a bug that needs to be fixed via the forge? If it is indeed a bug, I'm very surprised that others are not having trouble with it as is important functionality in a number of situations. IeM Posted March 30, 2015 Author Share Posted March 30, 2015 Solved. It turns out that the database was corrupted. I believe in the area of the Groups. This in turned affected the Specific Price functionality, as this is based on Groups. There is no problem with the Prestashop App. in regards to this issue.
