Where do Prestashop run order processing ?

Hello,everyone.

 

 I have a question about Order ->04:shipping.

 

If Carrier->shipping method is not enable, error is displayed, as shown in the attached file.

 

[There are no carriers that deliver to the address you selected]

[No carriers available for the address "My address"]

 

Where PHP files  are hundled these errors?

 

I also want to know  If Carrier->shipping method is not enable!

 

When there is no method, I want to try to add my own processing!!!!!!
