Issue in Orders BO / No available quantities

Hello,

 

I have a strange issue with one PS store.  When I make an order all is passing well, but after in the BO when I go to orders the price is 0.00 and in the order it is written that there are no available quantities.

 

Of course I double checked and there are available quantities of that product in BO.

Also checked the quantities in ps_stock_available / ps_product tables in db.

 

I have the same store on a dev server and there is no such issue there, which is even more strange.

 

I am not able to find where from does the orders take the data for the available quantities.

 

Could you please help? I already spent 5 -6 days on this and need to solve this until tomorrow.
