Horace1 Posted March 16, 2015 Share Posted March 16, 2015 Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me, When i try to install " PayPal Europe - Official Module " I get an error message stating: You are about to install "", a module which is not compatible with your country. This module was not verified by PrestaShop hence we cannot certify that it works well in your country and that it complies with our quality requirements. Use at your own risk. Even though i am based in the UK, which i dont get. So I decided to install it anyway to see if its still works and I keep getting this message when i try to make a purchase clicking on the paypal button Error occurred: Please try to contact the merchant: <b>PayPal response:</b> TIMESTAMP -> 2015-03-16T17:00:07Z L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10002 L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Security error L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> Security header is not valid L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error Can anyone help !!! ? jdru Posted March 25, 2015 Share Posted March 25, 2015 If you are checked "Test Mode" you need to create sandbox accounts. Without creating test accounts and credentials you will receive this errors. After creating sandbox accounts you'll receive also sandbox API user/pass/signature.
