Product Tabs don't work in a custom template

Hey all,

I'm attempting to make a template for prestashop, however on the product page the tab content all shows as soon as the page loads up, and clicking on a tab just scrolls the page down to its location instead of hiding and unhiding the appropriate content.

As far as i can tell all the correct javascript files are included, and i haven't really modified much in the template.

Please could anyone throw out some suggestions? (I apologise if this is stupidly simple)
