Dolke Posted March 9, 2015 Share Posted March 9, 2015 (edited) Hi guys, Prestashop 1.5.4.1There is a problem with en email that customer receives once I change his order in the BO.For example, he ordered only 1 piece and after an email he want to change his order to 2 pieces so I navigate to his order in BO and change from 1 to 2 and correct the amount.Or when price needs to be manually corrected. After correction customer is receiving an email saying that order has been changed.This is what happen:http://prntscr.com/6elkmfThis part cant be corrected through order --> statusesAny help would be appreciated.
