My minic slider has moved to the middle of the page and my hosting provider's server was down for over a day. But when the server came back up, my store now has the "oops something went wrong" text on the site. When I try to login to my back office I am getting " There is 1 errorThe Employee does not exist, or the password provided is incorrect. Don't know what to do! Can anyone help. I have tried manually changing the password in PHPmyadmin but that is just coming back with error and will not take the new password. Can anyone help me??? PLEASE??? my site is www.tomsheehy.com. El Patron Posted March 8, 2015 Share Posted March 8, 2015 do you have back up's of the shop? I'd look for a back up and restore. I also would suspect that your hosting provider had issues that have spilled over into your files and/or mysql db. I'd contact them also for help. EL Patron I think I will have to use backup but also having problems installing back up database. Will definitely need to speak to hosting provider, but its Sunday so will have to wait until tomorrow. Thank you and I will update this post when I have more in info. Sorcha Holy! that is not good, don't think I've ever even seen that before. I would suggest getting out of that hosting....no matter how much they might help later.....
