Hi all I am having a few problems accessing some of my back office in Prestashop 1.6.0.14 When I try to access "Performance" or "Configuration" in my back office I get a blank page, with the following error. Can anyone give me some advice on how to solve this?   2. Hi, Today I installed a new theme on my shop. I am still not using this theme, just my original one, but all my products have disappeared from my store. The categories are still there but the header bar is also missing from the front page. Can anyone shed any light on this? I am using Prestashop 1.5.4.1 and I downloaded the new theme from Theme forest. my website is www.tomsheehy.com Thanks Sorcha

  4. Hi jgamio. I have tried that but it did not work as there is an error when I try to save in PHPmyadmin. EL Patron I think I will have to use backup but also having problems installing back up database. Will definitely need to speak to hosting provider, but its Sunday so will have to wait until tomorrow. Thank you and I will update this post when I have more in info. Sorcha
  5. So I have been having a few problems over the last few days with my site. My minic slider has moved to the middle of the page and my hosting provider's server was down for over a day. But when the server came back up, my store now has the "oops something went wrong" text on the site. When I try to login to my back office I am getting " There is 1 errorThe Employee does not exist, or the password provided is incorrect. Don't know what to do! Can anyone help. I have tried manually changing the password in PHPmyadmin but that is just coming back with error and will not take the new password. Can anyone help me??? PLEASE??? my site is www.tomsheehy.com.
  6. Hi I am currently using Prestashop version 1.5.4.1 and thinking of changing my store theme. I have found a theme that is compatable with this version, but I'm wondering if I change will my google ranking be affected? Is there any way to keep to url's the same within the site? Also if I decide to upgrade to version 1.6 in the future, will this affect me? Thanks Sorcha
  7. I have been trying to speed up my website as it can be at times a bit slow. One of the problems is with a google apis font which cannot load. I have tried making changes to the header.tpl file as suggested on previous forums, but I cannot seem to get this to stop loading. See attached image for pingdom details on this. Any suggestions?   9. El Patron, I have been tinkering around with the module and have to say my website seems to have sped up a lot. Thanks!! Just one question maybe you could help me with. My pingdom test found a css code that is missing http://tomsheehy.com/Shop/themes/theme723/css///fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Henny+Penny I do not know where to find this, or how to fix.   10. Hi, my website url is http://www.tomsheehy.com I appreciate what you are saying about metrics, but the only thing I have to go on, apart from my own machine is this. I cannot really tell yet if it is faster. I find that the speed of my site varies a lot between different computers. We have a few different machines at work, generally older one's and I find the site very slow on these. Thanks again for the feedback.
  11. Hi El Patron, I have installed the module, but does not seem to have made any difference. I have used the settings as outlined. According to my gmetrix report there is not change. Is there something I am missing? Sorcha :-(

My site is very slow, most of the time, not always which is strange I think. From one load to the next it seems to change, even if I have made no changes According to gmetrix I need to set an expiration on a number of my files. I have tried adding the recommended text to htaccess but this seems to make no difference. Obviously there are other problems but this is first of the list!!. A long list!!   14. Hi Vekia, Thanks for that. I tried editing this in the product_list.css but it did not seem to make any difference. Any suggestions where I might find this code to edit? Not sure what you mean by 'minified'. Rookie...sorry. Sorcha
  15. Hi I have a template which I purchased from Template monster and I have a strange problem with the layout. On the categories page, the spacing between the subcategories is wrong between subcategory 5 and 6 and subcat 10 and 11 and so on. I've attached an image of what I am talking about. I realise this a very minor problem, but its just bugging me My website is www.tomsheehy.com/Shop If you go into the various categories i.e. bedroom, dining etc, you will see what I am talking about. Just to confuse this further, this problem is not visible on all browsers, on older versions, and on smaller machines i.e tablets and phones, the layout is fine as the subcategory images are smaller.
