Padding on top of left column

Hi all

 

I have pondered this for days and can't find the solution.

 

Where can I alter the padding on the top of the left column so that it lines up with the centre column?

See attachment. I am trying to move the left column up so the two thick black lines are side-by-side.

try in themes/YOUR-THEME/css/global.css around line 367 you will find 

h3 {
  margin-top: 18px;
  margin-bottom: 9px; }

Just remove the margin-top
