nineten Posted March 5, 2015 Share Posted March 5, 2015 Hi.my client has a dynamic ip and they keep getting logged out of the admin area of prestashop 1.6.0.9. So it redirects them to the home page. How can we stop this happening?Their broadband provider does not allow them to have a static ip. Check the cookie's IP address - is set to NOLifetime of front-office cookies is set to 480Lifetime of back-office cookies set to 5 Any ideas would be most helpful. thanks.
