Already installed module on Prestashop --> Admin Panel --> Modules --> Modules shows not installed

I am using Prestashop 1.6.0.9. When trying to go to Prestashop --> Admin Panel --> Modules --> Modules, I face below issues -

 

1. Takes very long to load modules page.

2. Several modules which are already installed, show up option only to "Install" or "Delete".

3. On clicking the "Install" option, shows error as this module is already installed but has not been upgraded.

4. The modules such as Image slider too shows the same as above. (I am using a default theme).

 

Can someone please help. I am fairly new to prestashop.
