User log off after payment

Hello all,

After making payment using paypal, customers are getting automatically logged while getting redirected to my website. Due to this even after making payment, no order does get executed at backend as well as front end.

 

Any idea how to solve this issue.

When you do not get response, make sure to review your original post and add more information rather than bumping topic.

 

There is not enough detail for helping with this issue, you would need to post pre-pay link url and post link url for starters.

thanks for guiding me on how to post. Well as many of the thread remains unanswered, it will be great help if mods just post if they require any further info related to the query raised. This will help the newbies to grow.

 

Anyways my problem is solved now, as it was some error in payment module itself.

thanks for the advice,  the moderators would tell you to google it.  it is against forum rules to 'bump', which you did twice, so I guess you are lucky I gave you any advice as opposed to giving you formal warning.  That of course can still happen depending on how we move forward on this topic.
