Help - I deleted all my categories and can't get the default back.

I accidently imported my products into my categories file and clicked delete all.

Now the default is gone and I can't figure out how to get it back. Now when I try importing categories I get the ""PHP has encountered a Stack overflow" error.

I just can't figure out how to edit my parent category, I was able to delete all but that one. However that one comes back as one of my product names. I added a screenshot below of the csv file I'm trying to upload.

Any suggestions?

I've just been working with it, I'll figure it out eventually unless someone has some magical way to reset this.
