Customizable text field not saving (1.6.0.11)

Hi,

 

I have added a customization text field on a product, but when I click on the save button, the product page simply refreshes without saving the customization text field data.

 

Hope the community can help out on this! The template in use is an exact copy of the default bootstrap template.

 

Steps to reproduce problem:

- Type some text into the textarea box

- Click on the Save button below the textarea box

- After page refreshes, the text is gone from the textarea box

(I supposed this step is already wrong - there should be a ajax-loading icon which should appear??)
