After Logging into Admin Page is turns HALF blank!

Hi, 

 

I have create a website in account A. I have then moved it to account B on the same server.

This is because I have account A as test.com and account B on the same server as live.com

 

I changed the URL and cleared cache. I kept the same DB so no need to change anything in .ini files.

 

After I did that, I was able to access my website on live.com and it looks GRRRREEEEAT!

Then, I have tried to access my admin page, and after I enter my login credentials, I get this:

 

 

This happens if I try correct credentials or wrong ones. What could it be?

 

I used tar to get the directory and then I untarred it as user B, removed everything but index.php in cache directories, and still it does not work. Please help!
