qupublicidad Posted February 19, 2015 Share Posted February 19, 2015 Hello, good day I’m trying to import my products using the Total Import PRO module and I ran into the following problems: 1.Categories I am trying to import 3 levels of categories. When I import the file the only root category that shows up in my shop is the ‘home’, that was already there. The others doesn’t show up in the main menu, but they do in the left sidebar.Along with the categories I created there’s new ones that show up, but they don’t have names, they are all named 1. 2- The attributes are created in the system, and listed in the csv in their correct columns but when I import them they don't appear listed, not in the online product sheet or when I am editing the product If someone could offer me insight as to how to fix this it would be really appreciated.
