And here is my question / problem: If customer sends me message about order, I see notification in BO. But I need to get an e-mail with this message (because I'm checking e-mail frequently, but I'm not able to login to Presta BO so often). I checked every possible option and tried to find solution on forum, but without any luck. Is there any option to do it? I'll be appreciate for any help and suggestions. rockowy Posted February 17, 2015 Author Share Posted February 17, 2015 (edited) Hi, I get always message about new orders, but _never_ any mails about new customer messages (I'm not talking about messages from contact us page, only messages sent regarding specific order). I see them only as notifications on dashboard of BO. Where I should look for any options? Mail setup via SMTP. No change with mail() function.
