Add tax to price on product page / default template

Hello,

 

is there a way to add a "tax included + shipping" info next to the price tag on the product.tpl of the default bootstrap template? (see image). And also to make the "tax included" disappear when a customer logs in with a tax-free shipping address?

 

I tried configuring customer groups display prices and localization and all of that, but it only affects the basket / checkout summary, not the price on the product page.
